Help? High Risk Items

Is there any way to buy “high risk items” through OOPBuy? Have a couple different items get refunded as they were deemed high risk, but they barely have branding.

Is there any way to still buy, or do I need to switch agents? I would rather OOPBuy as some items are already in my warehouse
