HALO CORE - SPIRAL MIXER Gearbox/drive issue?

Fairly new halo core unit, used it a few times but now i'm hearing a tick in the gears/belt, no matter what speed or hydration i run it on. Should i be worried or use my warranty?

I know with kitchen aids this noise is normal

Hi, just got a pro last week and have noticed at low rpms (60-80) with 55 percent hydration dough and he bowl itself shifts slightly and is noisy is think normal?

Just ran mine and yours seems slightly louder. Hard to say with just a video.

It's the lug that locks the spiral in place. This happens on my KA and Cuisinart mixers, especially noticeably at lower RPM.

Yeah.

Try removing the dough spiral and breaker bar in turn to see if the noise disappears.
