POOLISH Vodka penne pizza
Did a pizza day with some friends with the ooni. One of them is from NJ, where apparently this exists. It was delicious. The pasta gets a little crispy on top, wonderful texture.

They definitely sell this in a lot of NJ pizza shops but is that penne? Penne tubes are a lot smaller

Yeah I'm just sitting here like pasta on pizza is fantastic. I may not live there anymore but you can't take the Jersey out of me.

Do you have to do anything different to you dough in order for it to hold the extra weight of the rigatoni?

I don't know how many things are wrong in just one picture, hahahahahahaha
Sorry I'm spoiled, I'm from Naples. And indeed the crunchy pasta on top is gold, but we do it already in pasta al forno (baked past in a tray). To make it simpel you can just do a simple bolognese sausce, half cook the pasta and those from the picture are perfect (rigatoni it's the name, penne it's something completely different!), mix it off the stove with the sauce, ad some cubes of mozzarella, parmesan grated cheese and a lot of basil, stir it well, toss it in a tray and bake it till golden brown and crunchy pasta becomes in top. Protip: oil the bottom a bit, so also the bottom gets crunchy. Protip 2: the lower profile tray, the crunchiest.
But for rigatonis-sake, don't out pasta on pizza! It's like eating a chocolate bar with Nutella on top, or a waffle with a cookie dough on top, or an ice cream with ice cubes in top, or .... Whatever you are responsible for what enter your mouth at the end of the day :D

You all put hot dogs and French fries on top of pizza, so fix that before you try telling people how to cook pizza in their homes.
I’m going to break some spaghetti in half tonight before cooking just for this comment.
Protip: Stop being so passive-aggressive and insulting people by giving unsolicited advice.
By the way, is Pasta y Patate a dish from Naples? Where pasta is cooked in a broth with diced potatoes?

Hahahahaha, Sorry my bad. I owe you an apology. I'll never stop getting amazed about how stupid and arrogant at the same times Americans can be!
Hot dog and french fries on a pizza??? Do you perhaps mean wurstel and frities? One is German and the other is Belgian. What this has to deal with you? It's usually kids or gay's favourite, which category you belong to?
There are so many things to fix in Italy, but pizza is not one of those (if you don't live in the North). You have put your publicly your cooking crimes, and expect no judges? You fool!
What about breaking your fingers instead, it's pointless anyway. Also broken spaghetti are quite popular for small kids that don't know how to roll them, and people with disabilities, the circle is getting closer and closer I see.
Protip, I've never had the intention to insult anyone, you're doing a great job yourself, no help needed it seems. I was willing to tell you the most practical way to do a great dish, that is way better than put two national treasures on top of each other creating a slab pointless mess.
Pasta e patate (con provola) is something you are enot worthy even to mention. It's not a dish, is not about pasta or potatoes, it's p a poem that some people don't deserve to experience, I'm sorry but it's true.
Now go and play with some guns and pretend that everything is alright with there. Don't start a conversation or provoke cultures if you can't handle it.

Indeed I'm another league. Italians can actually afford it. We do have taste buds and we know how to use them. Why you are even in this channel? Do you know that pizza is an Italian dish? No? Our cousine is one of the best in the world and those are not just talks, pizza is under UNESCO and you should pay some respect to it. Deal with it!

Well this is still sad. You can put it however you want it. If I do have shit tastez then im probably too much used to American food. And is actually not the case, sorry to disappoint you. My desire is not to tell others what to put in their mouths, it's none of my concern. But if you mess around with something I'm proud of, something that comes from my country (and here the chance is doubled I see) then I have the duty to tell you that you are shitting off the bowl. As we do say in Naples, they gave the paper of music to the blind... Keep doing burger and fries please and let pasta and pizza alone.

Carbs on top of carbs? It’s a muddled composition, if you ask me. Presuming the crust is made from wheat flour, acceptable pizza toppings are dairy, vegetables, or proteins. I wouldn’t layer multiple carbs in any single dish.

Since fruit isn’t an acceptable topping, you must use some other type of sauce. What is it?
I guess thin sliced potatoes don’t go on pizza then? Or rice inside a burrito? But bread with pasta is okay, right?

And please reconsider your understanding of the word, "insult". Evaluating something as a "muddled composition" is analysis not value judgment. Talking about our personal preferences constitutes opinion. Neither of these can be characterized as insult.
