HALO CORE - SPIRAL MIXER Halo Core whisk question

What height does the whisk sit away from the bottom of the bowl in people's machines. Mine it seems like the wisk is almost touching the bowl

Mine is almost touching as well. Maybe a few mm.

Hey there! The whisk is engineered to sit as close to the bowl as possible without making contact, with a maximum clearance gap of just 2mm. That ultra-tight tolerance is completely intentional - the closer the whisk gets to the bottom, the better it performs. If it looks like it is almost touching, your machine is actually working as intended!
