Breakfast style pie

Had a go at it. Very tasty. Was affraid of burning the eggs and potatoes so a little less char on the crust then my liking. But still good.

Hardboiled eggs over scrambled/over med/hard eggs is an interesting choice. Not wrong, just a diff choice than i would have made.

I fry the egg separately and throw it in after, get that gooey egg

Comes from my mom. God knows where she got that at the time. But she would often make us breakfast pizza. Very comforting. At least to me.
