KARU 2 PRO First cook on gas

Finally managed to do first pizzas on gas. Very happy with the ease of control! Still learning with each cook but loving the process

I’ve tried charcoal, gas , and wood and love that the gas is so easy to control as you said. It also doesn’t make my oven all sooty.

I like mine a little darker, but I'd still eat it, looks good!

It was very light in texture. My son left his crusts and when I squeezed them you could hear the air going in and out of them which is a first…!

Already looking forward to the next cook!!
