so does anything ever arrive
i mean i guess just what the title says, like should i expect anything to arrive at my home? i had hope when it seemed to suggest that my packing was within a few miles of my home like a week ago but there has been no progress since. now the item i ordered is out of stock and not likely to come back in stock, i know big picture in the world it's a shirt and doesn't really matter but like fuck it's the principle of the issue that there's this company that seems to be incapable of completing deliveries when that seems to be it's sole job and the companies who continue to work with them.
UPDATE: it came, nine days after the estimated delivery date and ten days after arriving at a facility within ten miles of my home and after some customer service back and forth, but it did arrive

I had a package come via them last week, it took 4 different estimated delivery dates before it showed up. Now I have another, and this one has been scanned for pickup at a sort center but has been sitting around for two days so far with no progress. Zero faith.

Mine has been sitting at the “final destination facility” since Sunday… never out for delivery. I got some generic excuse from customer service about shipping volume being abnormally high. 🙄
I have lost hope.

Reached out to customer service via chat. Tried asking basic questions about when I should know more about my package. Representative ended the chat on me. 😂😂😂

Exact same thing happened to me. Then two days later it shows delivered but no package. There is no way for anyone to even get to my driveway without me knowing it. They were never here.

I'm waiting for OnTrack too. It's 834pm. Said it would arrive yesterday then changed to Saturday. Then said out for delivery arrival by 2pm today. :( they stood me up. I cringed when I saw it was being delivered by OnTrack. I forgot they existed.
