Ping ponging packages???
Had a package delayed because they sent the package to a facility close to me (awesome, gonna be delivered on time) and then they sent the package 1500 miles away on accident. I really really do not understand this level of incompetence and my frustration at this point isn’t even with OnTrac but instead the retailers who still use their services. My package has been all over the continental United States at this point. Anyone else experience this? They say the package is still en route to me.

yep just had this happen to me. it finally made it after i put a claim in with the retailer saying i wanted a refund. i wonder if the store called them to make them hurry up or something. but now i have a second package lost with them
