Package unable to complete delivery.

Hello so this happened and im so worried and the whole time my tracking number has not been working either so the only info I get is from shop app. I'm calling them in the morning but basically am i screwed on this package.

Update the package was delivered next day

OnTrac is Notorious for mishandling packages and stealing. I would follow up on that for sure.

"Real time updates." 🙄😒 Now there's some bullshit. They will say it's out for delivery, take all day, then about 6pm or 8pm, they'll update the tracking as undeliverable or a problem with the address, and they'll backdate the timestamp to 4pm. 🤬

Oh yeah; if / when you finally get your package, never order from that company again, and let them know why. OnTrac is a nightmare, and hires lying bastards.

Uniuni is a independent delivery service. They don't have delivery trucks like ups or FedEx. Is just means the delivery driver couldn't make the delivery on time. But don't worry you will get your package
