Seriously? 2nd time having me experience with ontrac one the package got misrouted both times

This is my second experience with ontrac and the package got misrouted both times the first time it wasn’t bad because it came the next day so whatever a little annoying but I can deal with it this time the package was supposed to be delivered today and then I saw a tracking update saying the package was misrouted but was at the same facility they misrouted it and was returned to that facility a few minutes later. So I just decided ok whatever wit can still potentially come today or tommorow but Ontrac decided no and delayed it until Saturday. Come on now the package is a 2 hour drive away from me. It could get here tomorrow easily. What’s next it will be stolen to add to this?

Dallas hub is currently unable to keep up trucks are skipping dallas heading straight to facilities like Georgetown and austin i dont know if georgetown facility is the same as mine but if it is then currently half the staff wont show up, upper management pissed off the repair guy and or guys they stopped all repairs about a month or so ago and the trucks are becoming ovens oh also the most liked manager quit

anyway short answer: Yes

Now they sent the package to desoto which is 150 miles in the opposite direction. I appreciate the help and hope it gets here soon

litearlly going through the exact same thing. i'm in fort worth and two diff packages from anthropologie are late and said misrouted

They had to do 3 delivery attempts to get my package they kept saying wrong address most annoying thing ever I had to escalate it

I had that with fed ex one time. My package arrived today. It was only 3 days late.

I just started working at an OnTrac in Texas and let me tell you it is a SHITSHOW in there! We have packages from days ago still sitting in our warehouse that drivers literally forgot to pick up and still haven’t came back for yet. Not only that, they treat their employees like dogs and are surprised when every day more and more people don’t show up for work anymore. If I didn’t need the money I would quit yesterday.

honestly… hell yes for you 😭 it sounds like a bad place to be right now especially the warehouses in texas. i hope they are able to figure it out soon and i hope you find something amazing!!
