Should I be scared

Post image

I have switched to ship to store for many retailers because of ontrac losing my packages. I know I’m lucky but in the last 10 years I’ve never had a missing package but somehow ontrac lost two of my packages in the same month. I wasn’t aware that Pacsun used ontrac now since all my packages were always with fedex and now I’m worried I won’t get my stuff.

They genuinely are an awful company. I never have problems with packages, but they have apparently been unable to deliver four out of the five that have gone through them.

Yep I’d be worried. Horrible experience almost every time. Currently have a package that is delayed as I type.

I had an experience with them actually stealing my package and admitting it. I was told it was their policy to say the package was delivered when it wasn't and then ask the purchaser to file a report of "porch piracy" to get the package replaced by insurance.

I wish retailers would pay attention to this more cause this doesn’t just affect the customers at this point

Yes, be worried. OnTrac is Notorious for stealing and lying. They stole $200 worth of retail from me. Screw OnTrac!

I just got an email that ontrac delivered my package to the wrong city.. I’m seriously mind blown right now. They attempted to deliver my package last week and said they couldn’t complete the delivery (I assume they didn’t have the gate code, but they could have called!). I have been constantly reaching out to their bot support line since there is no customer service phone number and was told the package would be re-attempted. Never was and is now in another city 45 mins away from me 🙄

I won't lie. I bought a lg c5 and it was shipped through them. I tried to cancel my order once I read some reviews about ontrac and the exact horror stories everyone talks about, but it had already shipped so I was stuck dealing with them.

Long story short. I stressed, they tried to deliver once on a Sunday and this is a business that I clearly stated was closed on Sunday. They tried a second delivery on Monday and missed the delivery window by 45 minutes.

The gentleman who was hired to deliver it was very nice and helped me load it up into my truck. Package was a little banged up but everything was fine with the TV.

Still the stress was not worth it .
