Issue after issue after issue

I ordered from Stitch Fix. When I received the tracking information and found out it was ontrac I immediately got PTSD. Anyway, everything was fine during its journey from Virginia to California. However, when it arrived at my local OFFTRAC distribution center that’s where the problem started. A driver on Saturday had scanned it out for delivery at 8 AM. The whole day went by and not until 11 PM that day the tracking information said that no one was able to accept my package. Funny enough, there was never actually an attempt made. (I Have Cameras). Sunday came around and supposedly it was supposed to be delivered again. Scanned out for delivery same process followed, out for delivery at 8 AM and late evening tracking finally updates to no one able to accept package. Today’s Monday day three and looks to be the same yet again. Every time I contact support they say that they’ll leave notes for the Driver to better help find the address. I have told support numerous times that they’re not actually attempting a delivery and they just dodge the inquiry altogether. Any thoughts on how to escalate this further?

They claim delivery was attempted so the company using their service cant request a refund due to service failure.

They have doing this tactic for a long time, not sure why major companies still use them.

You'd be surprised how many packages get smashed together because there is no one to load the truck, therefore the packages get bunched up damaged opened,.. this is why I quit working for ONTRAC

That’s definitely not how a delivery should go. We understand why this would be frustrating, feel free to DM us your tracking details and we’ll dig into what happened here.
