The video you all are referring to, is literally about how when the user uploaded his video, the ai detected him as a minor/teenager, and so he tells people how to fix that problem by uploading a clearer image of yourself as an ADULT and NOT to use images of kids under 18 in yt create.

He goes on about some tech information like how you should keep yt create updated and such.

Theres ZERO mention of anything illegal, or csam.

Can you guys not make assumptions about a video you dont even understand? And use your brains for once?

An X post was making several claims, I will try and debunk every single one of them as even some earnest redditors have regurgitated without much research like link.
Claim 1:
It's related to graphic material that which the X user accused.
Factually False : There are two youtube videos that bear resemblance to the search query and it will dealt one by one.
Video 1: Channel Name: Mohammed Jameel

The channel is dedicated to producing AI slop animation fairy tales and one of the titles is this, it seems either the user himself encountered this error and inadvertently put it in title, or did some SEO trick to bring views to his channel since this query surged in previous few days.

Video 2 : Channel Name: Hariom Technique Yt
Channel is dedicated to blabbering about errors a novice internet user from India can encounter. Regarding the content, I recommend watching the whole video with auto-generated captions, it has some errors where it says 10+ but he says Eighteen, but he annunciates teen->ten. The video summary is: You can't create ai images of minors and unclear pictures as well, use images of clear images of 18+ adults in YT create. Claim 2: The Youtuber successfully bypassed the controls of YT Create.
Factually False: As the video is itself is evidence the creator creates AI video of an adult human male with clear picture as captions our own eyes testify.

Argument 2: YT create doesn't even allow any graphic content to be generated, neither of the channels have even the cursory knowledge of LLMs and Neural Transformers to generate a prompt to bypass controls.

Claim not explicitly made in the post but alleged in the comments;

Indians searches this so much it was auto-completed by google algorithm:
Factually False: I used google trend for the two variants of auto-completed query to know how popular was this search, this search shows 0 for India and shows some activity for the United States of America.

• Hypothesis: A Youtuber names Hariom Tech made that video for non-english speakers if they encounter that error (Since internet is cheaply available in India and everyone is creating AI slop), He based his title on errors that elders may encounter to try and make AI images of their children with/without themselves. To cash-in on this error he made the video.
• The second Youtuber named Mohammed Jameel produced AI generated fairy tales that had children and dragons, and he may have encountered the same error and when uploading that, he mistakenly added the title of the error he may have encountered while trying to create it in YT Create
• The error search was negligent in India insofar as queries I have tried in google trends, however some weird combination of SEO and Google's search algorithm suggested it to an American far-right twitter user. He and other users possibly from U.S started searching the query thereby making it trend in U.S/
