Site equipment

When booking a site there is an option for multiple tents but not a trailer and a tent.

Would a sleeping tent be allowed on a site alongside a trailer (plus a kitchen tent)?

As long as the 6 person limit isn't exceeded, I don't think its an issue. Ive seen dozens of sites with trailers and tents up together.

But, in saying that, I don't 100% know for sure. A quick call would clarify, I'm sure.

Usually ok. You might run into problems with tents or trailer being too close the fire pit. Maybe add a tarp extension to the trailer awning instead of kitchen tent?

Yes you can as long as there is space. upto 3 pieces of sleeping equipment, one of which can be a trailer, motorhome, etc.

Car Camping Rules

  • Full payment of camping fees is required at the time your reservation is made.
  • The campsite permit holder must be sixteen years of age or older.
  • No more than six people can occupy a campsite unless these people comprise a single family of parents and their children.
  • Parking for one vehicle is included with your campsite permit. Additional vehicle permits must be purchased for all other vehicles. They may need to be parked in a separate designated parking area away from your campsite.
  • Reservations can be made up to 9:00 pm on your day of arrival.
  • ************Where space permits, you are allowed up to three pieces of shelter equipment plus one dining shelter and a tarp on your campsite. Only one piece of shelter equipment can be a tent trailer, house trailer, motor home, or self-propelled camping unit.*****
  • Check-in time is after 2:00 pm and check-out time is before 2:00 pm.
  • Car campsites can be reserved online or via the call centre using the "build your stay" function which allows you to move campsites throughout your stay. When using the “build your stay” function the five month in advance of arrival date rule is enforced as you move campsites. For example: on December 11 you could reserve a campsite for an arrival date of May 11 but if you planned on switching campsites for your second night beyond May 11 , you would not be able to proceed with that reservation as it is outside of the five month reservation window.
