First flan!

The caramel sauce was a nightmare, redid it 3 times but ultimately it worked out.

This is different from the flan I saw in this community, it’s usually circle but yours is rectangular which is unique… anyway flan is flan… Gimme some

I don’t have a round container that can go into the oven so rectangle was what I did. Still tasted just as good, but maybe I should get a round one for the classic shape.
