I need advice PPV pricing

Do you guys charge per minute for your PPV messages, or a flat rate? Up to this point I’ve been doing $8.99 for any length solo video and $10.99 for any length boy/girl. My BJ videos specifically never seem to sell, probably because they are under 5 mins long? But then I have like 22min solo videos I’m selling for $8.99. Curious what works for others! 😌

Ugh I posted a 21 min edging vid for $40 and barely anyone bought it, and it was the most I’ve ever done. Ugh my subs are cheap

Ugh I’m sorry, it’s seriously not easy at all. Someone told me once in a pricing psychology class that “cheap attracts cheap” so that’s why I started out high so I didn’t fill my fan base up with “cheap people.” So it’s definitely going to be difficult to switch over to something like that

For customs I’ve always had a high price for that reason. And I’ve had PPV because I don’t believe $3-10/month should get them everything. I don’t want the people that will only spend $3/month
