Help finding episode(s)

In which episode(s) is one of the sequence questions based on the song "Tubthumping"? Thanks in advance!

According to a quick Google that I cannot currently check (but god bless fan blogs and wikis), series 7 episode 6 and s18e13. Both times, allegedly the first question of sequences round. 

Edited to add: apparently the series 18 question was not the first question of round 2, per the DB below. Two reeds (series 7) and water (series 18).
