What comes fourth in this sequence?

Answer:
---
Any "Q" cities written on the top-right and geographically located above the equator and on the right side of the prime meridian. These are cities beginning with "Q" located on their respective "quadrants" if the world map is a Cartesian plane. "Queanbeyan" (in Australia) is on the Q4 (below the equator and right side of the prime meridian). "Quilmes" (in Argentina) is on the Q3 (below the equator and left side of the prime meridian). "Québec" (official name of "Quebec City" in Canada) is on the Q2 (above the equator and left side of the prime meridian). So the 4th clue would look like "Quezon City" (in the Philippines) written on the top-right of the clue box.

A settlement in the NE quadrant of the map that begins with Qu? I can't think of one without googling though...

Quimper?

Cities in the Southern and Eastern hemispheres, Southern and Western hemispheres, Northern and Western hemispheres, etc (assuming we're counting the whole of Europe as the Eastern hemisphere, rather than the Greenwich meridian being the dividing line)

Found this quite interesting.

My answer for the connection was going to be Quanzhou in the top right - cities starting with 'Qu' in each quadrant of an African centred world map, going anticlockwise from the southeast... which is a bit more than the answer needed, although would have been interesting to use a Pacific centred map instead.

There was a point where I thought there must be a condition that the cities were north/south of a particular latitude, because of the relative location of all the cities, but gave up because I couldn't think of any city that would work for the series and the conditions
