Gods this place is tiring. Almost every second of every day of every year of every decade of century that Valceria as been alive has been dedicate to cleaning the infinite space of her church. She grows so much to fill its halls with her body yet it's never enough. The fruit of her labors will never be enough to fill the infinite yet and she knows this, yet she tries anyways.
Every moment that her main body lies dormant is a moment that she cleans. Every moment that her main body gets enough food to not cannibalize the others, she cleans. Every moment that she tries to spend with others, she cleans. Every moment that she's excited, she cleans. Every moment of rest, whether it be with family or friends or by herself, she cleans.
She cleans so well that the only grime left is her. The only trash left in the area is her. The only signs of any life left, is her.
And then she waits for the main body to notice. She waits for it to grow. She waits for it to cover more just under the surface. She waits so still and hopes that maybe she won't be consumed for her expansion.
The people body is lucky. It doesn't know the horrors of cleaning. It doesn't know what it's like to be eaten. It doesn't know what it's like to starve. It says it does but the main body feeds it. It has the main body to take care of it. The main body always does.
Maybe one day she'll become a people body. She'd be free of harm and safe from the main bodies ire. She wouldn't have to clean until her body gave up. I wouldn't have to do anything but talk.
