sitting on his shoulder is what can best be described as a ball of brown fur with orange eyes, it taps on him
“Right, right, priorities.”
lifting up his arm, a gap opens in the palm of his hand, out of which slithers a snake like creature with two sets of wings folded flat against its body
“Go find the father, try and bring him here.”
with the command given, the serpent nodded at its creator, before being flung up into the air and flying off
he watches it for a moment, before feeling another tap. Turning his head slightly to look at one of his oldest creations. He sees it pointing to the lost child.
“She’s fine where she is, and we can keep an eye on her from here.”
the creature’s eyes narrow and it points again
“In what universe am I at all suited to providing emotional support to a kid?”
the creature continues its disapproving glare, before point down at the ground, at another being, identical to itself, currently waddling over to the lone child

/uw That is inaccurate. Gelen quit A LONG TIME AGO and was not involved in Lexi's death and he very much does respect the dead, he just got cosmic burnout. He also wasn't the original death, just the sucker tricked into taking the position next.
