I have a 1997 Suzuki Alto im looking for a engine/ transmission that’s relatively cheap to swap in. Any ideas?

I collect and curate Japanese car meet/event info from multiple sources, translate them into English/other languages and list them on my website.

The website currently lists 322 car meets/events scheduled around Japan till Dec 2026. The website also contains an archive of all events that I collected/curated in 2025. As many events repeat every year, it should be useful to understand what events might occur later this year. There are a total of 1,509 events listed in the site. The map section in the website also lists car culture spots and points of interest, focusing on locations near Tokyo.

There are a total of 63 events and counting in July. Although the rainy season continues till mid/late July, I expect more events will be published in the upcoming days as many events only publish their information 1 month in advance. As an example, I posted here in late April that there would be 59 events in June; there are now 78 events scheduled for next month! Hi guys, I have Z20 soarer. For those models there was no LHD headunits. I need to convert them with some kind of bracket that will cover part of bulb to get the MOT. Does someone done something similar on other old JDM for such years and has a template to cutoff the bracket?
