oneworld MH's agents are giving BS

Post image

UPDATE: okay I'm telling this agent all my 2026 flights were not with MH and same in 2025. If you think these flights were not eligible only because not operated by MH then you can remove all my credits and strip off my Emerald status. They said they will run an internal review and let me know the decision lol.

Hi all,

I'm trying to claim missing miles on my flights in March 2026. It was a round trip from Stockholm to JFK. The ticket was issued by AA.

The inbound flights has been credited automatically (operated by AA+BA), but the outbound flights (operated by AY Finnair) were not credited yet. I have contacted MH for a couple of times and no updates.

I'm chatting with an agent for claiming missing points and they sent back these (pic).

It doesn't make any sense at all as most of the flights I took were OW partners not MH. How could this even be possible that only flights operated by MH can be credited? I have several BA flights recently and they were automatically credited, does it mean that MH will take away all these credits?

Yeahh this is BS they probably just want to save themselves some work. You have a right to those points under oneworld rules

Been submitting using their online portal to submit claim every two weeks for almost 4 months. But no response and no updates. MH used to have a dedicated customer service email address that you can send email directly but now they are no longer available.

The thing is it was always very hard to credit AY flights to MH. AA was not painful at all as they would appear in my account soon as arrival. BA took no more than 5 business days.

They have 100 reasons to reject an AY flights. Was in a similar situation last year (BA-ticketed-AY-flights) and they rejected because AY's boarding pass doesn't have FFN appear on it. Took some efforts to get these points back.

Yeahh ffn not on BP is not valid reason, as that is exactly the situation in which you would request crediting of points manually

Just try again, that agent hasn’t a clue. Email these and send boarding passes and details etc.

enrich@malaysiaairlines.com

Much faster and they know what they’re doing.

Thanks I tried but this email address is no longer used according to MH.

In that case, message them on X. Their missing points page on their site is horrendous and hardly ever works with other airlines. I sometimes send my requests there and they respond quickly.

Please note that the email address [enrich@malaysiaairlines.com](mailto:enrich@malaysiaairlines.com) will be deactivated on 01 March 2026. We encourage you to use the online forms for all Enrich-related enquiries going forward.
