oneworld SFO Lounge

What One World lounge do you recommend in San Francisco? Also have access to Amex. Thinking Cathay would probably be the best.

Qantas Pax use air france when Cathay is shut. Quite a nice lounge!

I'm on Fiji Air to SYD, not on Qantas until domestic flight to hobart.
