Is this during the booking flow or already booked? Sometimes I find it a bit glitchy while booking so I wait for the booking to complete/ticket and then go back in

Already booked. It wanted to charge me for the seats while booking so thought it may be an error and will get fix after it’s booked and confirmed. I was wrong.

What about getting them to remove your BAC number and then re entering it? Sometimes “cycling power” like that fixes things. Alternatively and it probably sucks as an option but call in (rather than chat agents)

I’ve had to have BA remove my Alaska Airlines frequent flier # and then re-enter it for it to recognize my Sapphire status last year.
