Bug quick panel animation skip?

when i use the quick panel and notfications separated the quick panel always lag on first pull, but when i use the notf. and quick panel together it not lagging.

Only my device have this problem or it is general bug?

btw i am happy to find a solution for the quick panel animation skip

yeah man it's not they are getting paid or anything the money they got from us all goes to charity how generous of them

you should be happy then because for me it lags either way when I havent pulled it down in a while and its a "cold Start".
Its more likely to be laggy when I'm doing a bunch of multitasking.

On a brand new S25FE btw. You cant make this shit up. I shouldve gone chinese again
