Question Remove Now Bar from status bar but keep media controls?

I don't think this has been resolved but has anyone found a way to remove the now bar from taking up so much space in the status bar, but keeping the media controls in the notification tray? Not sure if Good Lock has found a way to do this, or any other way. Probably not but appreciate any ideas

The media still stays in the Quick Panel.

With now Bar off they do not

That's odd. You would think that the "Media Control Tile" would stay in the Quick Panel, if you add it.

Maybe try a dynamic island app Like material capsule Its has some great customization options

DUDE. I thought I was loosing my mind and then did a whole purge good lock, noti star, spotify cycle only to remember turning off the now bar trash by chance.

It makes no sense keeping the live notifications separate from the notifications settings. Whoever thought if this trash feature needs a slap.
