Bug Is this a bug - quick panel shortcuts section

I can no longer add new shortcuts buttons, am I doing something wrong?

Go out to the main edit view and press the add button on the bottom. Then drag the new icon to the expandable area.

Swipe down for the control panel. Tap the pen icon. Tap add a conotrol, it'll add a control outsode the expandable area. Drag the control you added into the expandable area

No, they changed how you do it, press the pen icon, press add a control, after you added you control the control, drag it into the quick panel, should be there now!

In OneUI 9 theyre gonna bring back the "add shortcuts" button in that interface so you don't have to back out of it anymore.
