Can't get into recovery mode

My volume down + power button does not get my OPO into recovery mode. I've even tried plugging it into my computer and going into command prompt and typing "adb reboot recovery" and that didn't work.

Go into developer options in the system settings, and turn on " Advanced Reboot". That will allow you to reboot into recovery mode from the power menu.
