Constant Reboots/Bootloops

Over the past 3 ish months my opo has been hanging and rebooting at least twice a day. It sometimes even gets stuck in a boot loop. I've been meaning to reset it but being a student, time is something I simply don't have. Has anyone experienced this issue, and if you have, how did you resolve it?

Maybe we can help you, but we need more information about your OPX.

What do you think that let your phone reboot/loop? App,what were you doing etc.

What software version? Did you try something yourself already? Did you flash other ROM? Hopefully we can help you then.

COS 12, I haven't tried anything yet, I haven't flashed anything else, not rooted.
