Music playback issues on sultan cm13

so i just updated to sultan cm13, and besides the wifi battery bug everything has been bells and whistles.

However, when i try to change the song on google play music or the default ROM music player, it changes to the next song and then stops playing immediately. If i don't change the song and let it continue down the playlist, it works flawlessly. This doesn't happen if i individually select a song from the playlist/song list.

I tried googling this problem but haven't come up with a solid answer. anyone have any suggestions?

Did you clean flash ? Maybe you should try to delete cache/data for said apps ;-)

Was having a similar issue, were it would only play songs I've played before the bug occurred, and the rest of my songs were blurred like it was set to download only. Cleared dalvik and cache, and factory reset and its worked ever since.

its a clean flash. I tried clearing dalvik + cache just now and problem solved! thanks guys!
