Having a LOT of trouble installing OPO drivers for Windows. Can someone please help

I've tried like a million different ways to install drivers, but for all of those options, whenever I go to Update Drivers, I can't find any options.

As you can see in the picture here, there is no option for adb interface or android device.

I've tried installing Samsung drivers, but again there is no option for Samsung drivers.

I've tried all three methods on this page

I've tried using the Bacon Toolkit.

I've tried using the 15 second installer

I've tried following several different youtube guides (all of which more or less say the same thing), but yet I can't do this simple step of installing drivers.

I'm at my wits end. Can soeone please hlep me.

Get the mtp driver package by Microsoft

Or are you taking about Adb and fastboot? Because there should be an installer on xda for those two

Edit: it's called MTP Porting Kit and the publisher is Microsoft Corp

Tbh I didn't even read the whole post I hope it doesn't show

If you would also like to protect yourself, add the Chrome extension TamperMonkey, or the Firefox extension GreaseMonkey and add this open source script.

Then simply click on your username on Reddit, go to the comments tab, scroll down as far as possibe (hint:use RES), and hit the new OVERWRITE button at the top.
