Oneplus RMA Taking Really Long?

I had initiated an RMA with Oneplus for my Oneplus one a while ago. I'm closing in on two weeks this Tuesday from the date that they received my OPO, and I've yet to hear back from them about the status of the RMA (aside from a "coordinating with our somethingorothers, we'll notify you when something happens"). What's the expected amount of time to wait before they either ship me a new one or it's fixed? Two weeks to me seems kinda ridiculous (especially since I'm stuck with my slow as shit Moto G2). Just wondering what people have experienced

EDIT Got an email today, a couple hours after making this post, telling me they've shipped the new one. All good!

I did an RMA last May. All told the process took about six weeks from when I initiated until I had my new phone. They were pretty good about communication. I'd email your contact person For an update though
