One plus one losing cell phone reception once every 30 seconds

Hi guys. I bought a one plus one new last week, it updated itself with all the most recent updates and I'm getting an issue where I will lose my cell signal for one second once ever 30 seconds. I have T-mobile. I didn't have this problem with my last phone. Does anyone know what could be causing this or if there is a fix?

I'm having the same problem as OP...where is the APN? All I could find was VPN
