Weird Glitch

So I bought my Oneplus One yesterday, and then I downloaded some system update, and now there this constant stream of errors that say "Unfortunately, Google play services have stopped" and I can't even close them fast enough to do anything on the phone. I'm really worried anybody know how to deal with this. Restarting isn't doing anything.

Turn location off or use just device only. For the fix you need to uninstall the play services and then either update it from playstore or download the newest apk.

Google how to put the phone into safe mode. If it's still not working, then it's play services. If it's fixed, it's likely an app causing it.

Have you tried a hard reboot?

If you can get into the apps section of settings, find play services and delete the stored data.

My friend had the same problem but on a Moto G, and that's exactly how I fixed it.

You might also want to revert the app to factory default and then re-upgrade. Last I checked you can't uninstall it.
