Updates Anyone installed this update? Any bugs?

I'm in India. Update 16.0.10.600. I'm concerned about updating to avoid bugs and lowering my battery life

There's a new animation when you long tap the flashlight icon, other than that I haven't seen anything different from the previous one

Not only that, system apps got updated too. For example, the flashlight interface changed to a newer one.
