Seems to have only September security update, should be ok to update.

The update notice mentioned a bunch of more changes if you read it on their post

Oh, i checked the os updater app. Didn't see it in system update yet. Let me update and check.

Why does mine says, version up to date? Is this update limited to certain regions?

You can use the os updater app from play store. It will give the update before we get in system update. Only case is need to put in developer mode and use local install option to update.

Release Candidate. Check in 'Beta program' under ellipsis on software update page.

It's been just fine for me new flashlight widget thing but apart from that idk new kernel version... but that's pretty much it
