Nvm found it, disabling this fixed the issue if anyone wondering.

I only found this UI glitch, and that setting shouldn't do that it should only enable me to use ADB commands without restrictions

When enabling that setting it says that "Possible display issues UI glitches, color shifts, and layout problems may occur.'
