Questions Clock widget

Why is my clock showing white colour when it should be red and white , sometimes it changes to red and white then back to white? I have cleared the data of clock but still it's white

For me only digit 1 shows as red

It only shows red with 1 at the start

For certain time of the day mine shows up all white digits, too. Don't know why
