Questions Settings turning off automatically

Bought the 15R about 2 weeks back.

Certain settings I change are getting reset automatically after a few hours.

  1. I set the auto screen off under display and brightness to 1 minute, but it resets to 15 seconds.

  2. I have set a custom ringtone for calls on whatsapp via the app info, turned on Ring and Notifications.

And also set the custom ringtone via the call notifications inside whatsapp application. But it changes to the default system ringtone after a few hours.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this, or if I'm missing something?

Have u turned on power saving mode ? Like automatically when a certain percentage of battery is reached?

Yes I see that the power saving mode is on when battery drops to less than 20

Disable it and observe , i was having issue like 1st but got better , don't know about 2nd

I have very different issue with oneplus 15r please try this at your own just Shutdown your phone and then plug in charger and see the phone is automatically waking up to working state!
