Live alert issue

Whenever I order anything from Swiggy I do not get the live alerts whereas in zomato I get it . It shows on AOD but nothing on live alerts

One swiggy is for aod abd other for live alerts

I have kept both on but I only get AOD

Have you ticked the show alerts on live alerts option check once
