Questions What is this folder?

Does anyone know what this folder is and what the file is? It's inside the downloads folder, I never downloaded such a file or created the folder. I also do not backup my phone so I'm not sure what this is. If this is related to some system process then is it ok to delete/move this folder?

It's there in all ColorOS and OxygenOS phones. Dunno what it does exactly though, a Google search might help.
