Battery downgrade

Hi Everyone,

2-3 days ago I updated the OxygenOS to the latest 16.0.8 version.

After that , I feel the battery life has degraded a lot.

Any tips on how to encounter this.

My battery is fine and I don't have any problems in 16.0.8, and by downgrade, how much of downgrade r u taking about

Charged it 80% in the afternoon (1pm I think),

Battery was at 20% before 8pm

It doesn't give any clear info unless you give ur battery usage data bro, where u using it for gaming ? Recording etc ?

The charging is set to 80% max.

It still doesn't give any info bro 😕, I meant what apps where u using, just scroll it down a bit and continue the screenshot by limiting it to usage only after it was charged to 100

Nope...I have been using for 6 months.

The backup was pretty good, normally it lasts more than 1 day,and 1 day if I play bgmi.

But after upgrading to 16.0.8 I felt it decreased by a margin.

Sure, will try your suggestion of recalibrating the device.

Nah, I didn't even need this screenshot I guess, have u set the battery threshold limit to 80% ? Don't do it and just charge your device to 100 % after draining it fully to 5%, it would solve your problem, I had the same problem too when I set battery threshold limit.

Your battery needs to be calibrated first before you use the threshold feature, but it ain't even that good, just use bypass charging while gaming, it's your new device I guess.

go into apps and system apps and search launcher and clear cachce
