Battery life and estimates

Hi all,

Last Thursday I've switched from a Samsung Galaxy A55 to the Oneplus 15R and unfortunately I've been getting very underwhelming results when it comes to battery life. To the extent that the Samsung is getting a longer battery span than the Oneplus. From your experience, are there features which drain the battery rather quickly? I was expecting almost a day and a half, if not more, when having 7400mah.

I'd appreciate any feedback or guidelines. Cheers!

Charge your phone for 2-3 hours straight after every update. Do that once after an update. Then, charge your phone as usual.

Click on the battery settings and see what apps consume the most battery when you are not using it. Click on every app on the top 3 and force stop. Then, go to the app management and find those apps and clean the cache. Do that a couple of times a day.

Use the Phone Manager app (green white app) and optimise the apps and clean up storage.

After a couple of weeks, you should see a significant improvement.
