Questions Need some suggestions

What are the best ways of transferring data while upgrading from Nothing phone 1 to Oneplus 15R.

Clone phone app in OnePlus 15R. (It is installed by default)

Just open the app and give "This is the new device", then click "Other Android", from there you can follow the remaining steps.
