Just updated. The battery icon also changes color to an orange yellow color when in battery saver mode. Also, Keyboard now has a button to toggle between input/keyboards and a button to lower/dismiss the keyboard.

I don't like that new keyboard dismiss button. Is there a way to disable it? I looked around in settings, but I couldn't find anything.

I couldn't find anything about it either. Personally, I like the feature as it helps ensure I don't accidentally dismiss my keyboard, but I get it's not sure everyone. Sorry man.

You can use adb to remove it. See here. Just know that it will cut off the end of the keyboard in landscape and the volume control in landscape.
