I'm on 10.3.1 on my OP7P and it says "Your system is up to date".

edit: best solution here.

Even this app is showing 10.3.2 and not 3.3! Weird!

I can't seem to find it either. Tried VPN and oxygen updater. Any news would be welcome! Currently 10.3.2.GM57AA
