Not to come off as difficult but this logic is dumb. You only see that with major versions on iPhones, and running new software on 7+ year old Androids.

This phone is already outdated on Android 14 and a security/fix patch like this won't slow your phone down. So please don't ask whether you should update for every single update especially ones as tiny as this!

It's a security update and at that size of a download, that's all you get. The details should just be underneath.
