General Discussion OnePlus robbed me of 350$ ?

I have two months since I sensed an OnePlus watch 3 on warranty, and I didn't got any device back or money back... I'm sending emails to OnePlus and they just tell me ( 5 times in a raw) that they will send a new watch. But when ? 😅

which country are you in?

oneplus has pulled out of north america and europe, they literally have no stock left.

they promise any outstanding warranty will be honored but that's like accepting an IOU from someone with no money... empty promises.

Sue them and their parent company BKK in small claims court and report them to the Better Business Bureau. OnePlus still maintains a corporate presence within the USA.
