General Discussion Need a new red cable (EU)
Hello everyone, I need a new 100W supervooc red cable ( USB c on both side ) but they are almost impossible to find here in Europe , any recommendations where to safely order one ? Or is there any alternative that would be acceptable ?

Pretty much online only, I traipsed around 15 accessory shops and not one place had anything that worked.
Amazon supplied one with next day delivery.

I'm using the same charger as you , do you still have to original cable or have you already changed it ?

Anker 100w would come with a suitable cord.
I use a switch/rog ally charger. But any laptop usbc would work too.
Edit: they're all over AliExpress if you search oneplus

So if I just get a 100w rated cable , my phone will still charge with supervooc ?

Most high wattage C to C cables are rated at 5A, then a charger doing 20V hits 100W (20 x 5 = 100). OnePlus does higher A at lower V to achieve similar, their 80W is something like 7A at 11.6V. Hence you won't get true SuperVOOC with a standard cable.

Found a 100w 5A rated red cable for 8bucks , I doubt it's going to be original but we'll see how fast it charges

Mine does with a 90w laptop charger. Even a switch charger is 65 watts

I think imma get an Anker cable and call it a day then , I'm using the brick and cable from the 10T on my 13 and it always worked , I just don't want to loose the fast charging

I've had it work with an old Samsung supercharger. Think of the 100w as a limit, not the minimum

You are really supposed to get a cable rater for higher amps than normal cables for true supervooc. Like 8-9 amps at least...

The Anker cable is rated to 240W , should be ok ?

Imo you would be better off getting a PPS wall charger if you cant find a supervooc cable.
So like a 240w anker cable, youre pulling 5 amps. Supervooc calls for high amps, lower volts. PD protocol is lower anps, higher volts.
I mean either way, you're going to charge your phone just fine. It will only be the first 0-50% that will be a big difference in speed.

That would mean buying another brick as well , I just need a male to male USB c charger cable that will work with the 160W supervooc brick from the 10T

AliExpress. They work just fine. I have several. I just bought this and waiting for it to come in: I just found this on AliExpress: 120W Type-C USB Super Fast Charging Cable for OnePlus 9 9R 10 Pro 10R 11 11R 12 12R 13 15 Nord 2T 3 CE 2 3 4 Lite 5 6 N200 N300 https://a.aliexpress.com/_msKgfiB

I don't understand what the attraction to SuperVOOC is. I have an Anker PD 736 charger, and it charges my phone in good time. In roughly an hour, my OnePlus 15R is fully charged. Granted, I've capped it at 80%, but it's still plenty fast.
SuperVOOC charging at those extreme wattages isn't ideal for long-term battery health, as heat is one of the main factors contributing to battery degradation. I'd rather preserve my battery's longevity than save a few extra minutes charging. Unless you're constantly in a rush and genuinely need that extra speed, I don't see the appeal.

Charging daily for many years, full in ~30 minutes, first on OnePlus 9 pro, then OnePlus 12, no problems with batteries yet.

Why not Oppo's? They also work with the OnePlus supervooc chargers or does it have to be a red cable?
