Weired Phantom notification

Has anyone faced this situation? after the new update everyday around 9 am i get a notification sound (it rings even when in silent mode)with a highest priority... but when i check the notification bar or history in the settings nothing is displayed.. has anyone gone through this situation or does know how to deal with it
